EXHIBIT AT THE SCIENCE FESTIVAL

The Bay Area Science Festival provides an opportunity for the Bay Area’s many STEM organizations to connect with thousands of youth and adults. We welcome UCSF student organizations, research teams, departments, and other groups to join as exhibitors. Your participation ensures the Festival’s success!

Pick a hands-on activity:
• Lead a simple task that teaches people of all ages about
a specific topic and allows them to be the scientists,
engineers, mathematicians, or health professionals
• The activity should last about 5 -10 minutes and facilitate
face-to-face interactions
• Expect about 300 visitors to your booth
• Space for Exhibitors: 125

The Application for UCSF Exhibitors is now open.  Deadline to apply is September 13, 2026
