EVENT HOSTING STEP BY STEP
The Bay Area Science Festival team is delighted that you are interested in hosting an event.
Please follow these steps to get started:
- Review the mission of the Festival. If your proposed event celebrates STEM and occurs during October 21, – October 25, 2020, please go to step 2. .
- Prepare your event details, including date, time, audience etc.
- Draft an event description of 100 or fewer words. (Tip: Make it sizzle!)
- To submit an event or explorer tour proposal visit this page. Click Submit Event Idea to complete the submission form. Drafts are due August 10, 2020 .
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation email. (check spam filter!) Verify the information in the email. Festival staff will review your submission and notify you of the status of your event.
- If your event is selected to be included in the Festival, congratulations! Final events submissions are due by 9/9/2020 to be included in the online festival calendar.
